What is the refund policy?
Due to the digital and instant-use nature of the products you have access to in The Hive, no refunds are offered. However, you can cancel at any time by emailing us at hello(at)intothewoods.co or following the cancellation steps in The Hive Member Portal. And we want to make sure you get the most use out of your digital resources, so if you have any questions or issues with the items you purchased, please email us so we can help you out. What is the cancellation policy?
We hope you love being part of The HIve, and we're confident it will be a sanctuary for you to find growth, connection, and peaceful productivity. But we also know that needs change, and we always want to support that.

So you can shift or cancel your membership at any time — just reach out to us at hello(at)intothewoods.co and we'll get it taken care of for you. Cancellations are not refunded on a pro-rated basis, but we'll make sure your cancellation goes into effect at the start of the next month.
